Sosnovkino is a decentralized land development project that allows anyone to be part of the industry. The company currently owns a land area of 194 hacters and seeks to create an infrastructure, which includes central sewage, gas pipelines, electric system, and more. In order to fund this development, the SNK token will be crowdfunded, giving users the hability to vote on the project and to receive its dividends based on the ERC20 token system.
